Bath Toy Storage Without Suction Cups?

I use a dish drainer. I keep it on the floor w/ a towel underneath, but you could just keep it in the tub.

I use a a bath toy storage unit from Sassy, which hangs on the shower head or rod. It is great for drainage and storage, though not the most beautiful. I got mine from Amazon earlier this year, but it does not seem to be available there anymore. I have a mini laundry basket looking thing that I got in the $1 section of our grocery store. I think I've seen them at dollar store type places too. It's great b/c the sides are all holey and I can place it in the tub to drain or leave it on the bathroom floor for easy access. Even though there are not holes on the bottom of it I haven't had any issue with mildew.

You could use a lingerie laundry bag and string it around the shower head or faucet.

Use a mesh laundry bag. You can hang it from the shower head.

Munchkin makes a turtle toy holder. It has an adhesive holder. You just scoop up the toys. Similar to the Boon frog!

Depending on the number of toys, use a mesh bag with a drawstring top and either hang it over the faucet, or if that's too low, over the shower head. Otherwise, use an extra shower curtain hook and hang the back from the rid but inside the curtain where it can't be seen. Once everything drips dry, you can move the bag to a hook on the back of the bathroom door or from a towel rack, out of the way of other bathers/showerers. You could also use a small size shoe organizer (maybe 3 rows of pockets. If you can't find one with mesh pockets, punch a small hole in the bottom of each pouch to allow for drainage, and once everything is dry, hang it on the back of the door.

We have one of those baskets that the big pack of beach toys comes in- it's got big square holes all over including the bottom and handles on the top- it's perfect.

During the summer (you might still be able to find them in the clearance aisle) Walmart sells cheap sand toys in a basket that has holes in the bottom to let sand out. We store our bath toys in one of those so they can drain…

I went to Walmart and got some small white plastic boxes (they don't have lids) that are meant for CD storage I think. They have nickel sized holes all over them. We have an oval bath so they fit perfectly in each corner.

We have a Frog Pod. It's currently suction-cupped to our shower. It falls off about 3 times a year, but we deal with it. It also comes with double-sided foam mounting tape that can permanently (well, it can be removed easily when you're done with the Frog Pod) mount the bracket to your wall.

Google Frog Pod. They're really cool, because the frog's "back" is a draining toy scoop. Then you rinse the toys and hang it back on the frog, and they dry. There's also a little shelf to keep shampoo and other things out of kids' reach, and you can hang poufs on its toes.

I don't know how the Skip Hop attaches, but I wonder if you could get the right kind of mounting tape to permanently attach it?

Or maybe the reglazing makes you not want to stick anything to it, either? I don't know, I've never heard of reglazing a shower. I believe the foam tape comes off with alcohol.

We use a colander - it drains well and is fun to use for the kids. Then in a pinch (or if I'm short a colander) - we have one!

I have a shower curtain liner that has mesh pockets built into it. It's heavy when all the toys are in it (so your rod will eventually start to slide down if it's not secure or permanent). It's really cool. For the life of me, I can't remember where I bought it, but maybe a quick web search will yield some results!

I used a mesh laundry bag, found in the baby section for little socks and stuff. It has little loops on it so it can be hung and I used the 3M brand sticky backed hooks that were specifically made for the bathroom. It worked pretty well. Fell down after a year or two and I just bought new stickies and put it back up.

I could not find any that did not have suction cups, but still hung on the side so the toys could be out of the way and dry. So I cut little velcro squares with adhesive on both sides for all of the cups. It worked great, never fell down, and when we took the velcro down in cleaned right off without leaving any residue. I would just make sure it is very clean and dry before sticking and if you stick it the wrong spot get a new peice of velcro to retry.

Target online has long plastic storage bins that span across the tub. I LOVE mine. No more falling down suction cups. And they are not too expensive.

I recycled a small wicker basket (line w/ paper towel to absorb residual water) and leave it under the sink and most times in the closet just off the bathroom. It's not too out of the way considering I rotate the toys.

We just use a tupperware container sans lid. If I was feeling perky I'd use a mesh laundry bag hung from : hook screwed into wall over a drip thingmy (like tupperware), shower nozzle, or faucet.

We purchased a container that fit the space we had, drilled several wholes on the bottom and have had NO issues after several months of using it with 2 kids taking baths almost every night.

We used to have this basket that suction cupped to the side of the tub. Well I got tired of the darn thing falling down! So I took my daughter to the store & let her pick out a small plastic trash can (one that would fit a plastic grocery bag). Then I got a mesh laundry bag to put in the trash can. I need to do some more fixing of it because the bag is way too big, but the idea was to have the bag in the can to where the bottom of the bag would be a couple inches from the bottom of the can, to let the water run out into the can.

This has worked out for us, and the toys aren't taking up space in the tub. The can sits just outside the tub, out of the way.

I have a long skinny basket that spans across the width of the tub. The toys are able to dry out and the kids have easy access to them. Im pretty sure I got it at Babies R Us.
