I highly recommend Hathaway Academy of Ballet (north Plano, on McDermott). http://www.hathawayballet.com/
My daughter has danced for several years and I can't speak highly enough about their care for the girls and their focus on proper technique. Your daughter is young, but if she grows to love dance, the fundamentals are so important.
I know you would be able to "try" a class. Definitely visit any studios recommended that are close to you. I'm sure they would all allow your daughter to try a class before making any decisions. Best of luck to you.

Sheena's Dance Academy in Frisco has a great reputation. This is my daughter's third year there. I don't know where you live so I don't know if it would be too much of a drive for you.

My daughter attends AD Dance in Dallas (Lake Highlands) and we love it. She started when she was 3 and she still loves dance and Miss Amanda. All the girls love Miss Amanda, and she is wonderful at keeping the girls in line while still teaching them and letting them have fun. (I work at a preschool, and believe me, I notice these things.) I think the website is www.addance.com.
