You can possibly request an external cephalic version, where the doctor can attempt to rotate the baby to vertex (head down) from the outside of your abdomen. Some women are not eligible.
If he/she doesn't do it and there are no contraindications, you can go to an acupuncturist/herbalist that can perform moxibustion. Moxibustion is the burning of an herb, mugwort by a specific toe on one or both of your feet that has been proven to work to aid in your baby turning head down.
Some people play music above your pubic bone, which can attract the baby down. There are also some exercises that you can probably find on the internet to aid the baby in descending head down.
If none of those work and the baby doesn't turn on its own, then you will have to have a C/S, since the baby is not going to be able to descend into the pelvis in that position. If you do need a C/S, it will likely be scheduled and done in a routine fashion.
Good Luck!
