She could be going through a growth spurt. Is she eating more? Since the weather has been changing, maybe check the temperature in her room.Goodluck!
Does anyone know why my 9 month old baby girl has stopped sleeping through the night? About 2 weeks ago she started waking up in the night and now all night long about every 1 1/2 to 2 hours she wakes up crying in her sleep. This happens all night and is very exhausting for me and hubby. We have tried the typical giving tynelol just in case she is teeting, giving her a bottle late at night but it is not making any difference. We tried moving her crib, changing her sheets, what she sleeps in but nothing is helping. Her older sister never did this and we are running on fumes! She is suppposed to go for her 9 month check up on Friday but I need help getting her to sleep better before then. We do not know of anything that changed that made this start happening.

It could be teething, and that the tylenol isn't helping it. My daughter NEVER had a problem with teething, but I have a friend who her duaghter was inconsolable while teething. nothing worked at all, but them taking turns sitting up at night with her.
Are you able to go in earlier this week than friday. or see if the doctor's office has any suggestions. good luck
She is probably waking up because she is hungry. You may have to increase her food intake during the day and see if that helps. When I lived in England, my little son from 4 - 7 months used to wake every 2 hours. I was told by the midwife to increase his food intake which I did. It did not solve the problem. When that didn't work she advised that he sleeps with his dad and that did the trick. When he would start to wake up my husband would pat him and eventually he would go back to sleep. He did this every night for a week and by the following week he stopped waking up. So leave her with daddy and get some sleep. I would advise that you should not give her food in the middle of the night because it makes it worse. Hope this helps.
My son did this around 8 months. It was teething and a growth spurt. We used the homeopathic teething drops and sometimes gave him an 4oz bottle to get him back to sleep. Good luck!!!
sounds like teething and a growth spurt.
Tylenol does nothing for teething.
You need an anti-inflammatory like Motrin to calm the pain and swelling.
Motrin works much better on mouth pain than Tylenol does, per my dentist.
Try giving her a bottle when she wakes the first time. And the Motrin at bed time.
For my daughter, waking at night crying was the only sign she would give for an ear infection, even though she seemed fine, no other symptoms, no tugging at the ears or anything, so that might be a cause.
