Sugar Bliss is the best!!! I like Sweet Mandy B's also, but Sugar Bliss is AWESOME. They also have mini cupcakes which I might get for Toddlers! (but I love them so I can get a couple different kinds and not feel guilty!)
My little guy is turning 1 and I am looking for awesome cupcakes to buy for his toddler party. :) We have purchased from Sweet Mandy B's in the past and they were good but I am wondering if anyone thinks there are better ones out there. :) Thanks for your help. :)

My friend has her own home business (she is a SAHM). Shortycake Creations - she makes cookies, cupcakes, and cake balls. She will ship to any location. www.shortycake.com.
Indeed! Try Angel Food Bakery at Montrose and Paulina (just west of Ashland). The best cupcakes, and they can customize them for you if you like. They're super cute and my daughter's favorite. They put together a decorate-your-own cupcake set for her 3rd birthday this year.
Hope that helps!
Sprinkles, Its new and near watertower,.. The best
I have had.
I have lived here my whole life and have tasted none better than sweet Mandy b's which I have only recently found.

they even do AWESOME gluten and vegan cupcakes (I am gluten free and am so so happy with them).
my personal favorite is molly's on clark (north of fullerton, but i'm not sure of the exact address). the cake is better than sweet mandy b's and their frosting is incredible--especially the chocolate! they have mini-cupcakes and you can put any combo together... simply amazing.
Molly's Cupcakes on Clark near Wrightwood are great! They have regular cupcakes and then some filled...like a cookie cupcake filled with cookie dough in the middle. YUMMY!
I am a fan of Sweet Mandy B's cupcakes but you might also check out More Cupcakes (http://www.morecupcakes.com). They offer a tiny size version which is a good size for toddlers and a good way for you to sample more than one flavor- they are delicious. I've recently tried cupcakes from Sprinkles and although I thought they were very good, my 4 year old didn't really like them (I was in shock). The frosting was a little sugary and he likes buttercream frosting better as it turns out. For my son's birthday this past year we bought cupcakes for his class from Whole Foods and they were pretty great- the kids were literally silent as they gobbled them up which is always a good sign!
Good luck- you can't go wrong with cupcakes!
I am also on the Molly's bandwagon. Granted, I have never tried any of the other suggestions, but I received Molly's as a gift and they were YUMMY! Especially the peach cobbler cupcakes. I also think Molly won on the Food Network's Cupcake Wars show.
Better than Sweet Mandy B's??? Impossible!!!
