A lawyer might convince you to do it even if it's not the right decision, but a counselor can council you better first. Definitely talk to God about it because I'm sure it's not easy. Pray and ask God for guidance. He will present you with it, but you have to pray to be able to see what God is trying to show you. Definitely talk to your husband about your concern. If he does not want to talk about it, maybe you can talk to a family member close to him about the situatio so that someone else can help you guys. Definitely seek marriage counseling first.
