I know people who "go half on a cow" and I'd love to do it myself. But I've never heard of door to door sales. Did you google it?
Also, be very weary of even unlocking your door for stangers.
I had someone ring the doorbell and ask if I wanted to buy meat. He says he is with the atlanta cattle exchange. Has anyone ever heard of or bought meat from this company? I just told him that we already have enough meat because I wasn't so sure about it.
well i looked into it a little and the reviews were not good, bunch of people complaining they say one price and overcharge your credit card. I will stick to meat in the stores or local meat places. Thanks for the info.

They came by my work a few weeks back. They had freezers in the back of a pickup. They offered me a good deal on the beef they had, so I bought some. It is OK. Obviously not the best meat I've had. It is a little misleading too. The guy mentioned they had filet mignon but after getting it home and looking more closely, it is filet of sirloin, which is different. I am not upset that I purchased it because we are using it, but I will not purchase from them again.
Hello A.
They used to come to my house all the time. Apprently they sell to someone in my neighborhood and they happened to see our deep freeze in our garage. I know that they are expensive. I have never bought from them but there are quit a people in my neighborhood that do. I just can't afford them. If you decide you don't want anything to do with them though you have to be firm about it or they will continue to keep knocking on your door!
Hope this helps

If you want to buy high quality grassfed meat there are plenty of great farmers in the area, who don't go around knocking door to door, if you would like some resources let me know I would be happy to help.
I would stay away from anyone banging on doors.
