My first kiss with my husband was when I was 16 and it was perfect :o)

Well, I kissed several boys on the playground in first grade... ;-)

But my first real kiss was at 14, he was 16 and had his own car. We dated for a year.

I was 13 and it was freaken freezing outside so it was definitely memorable because it warmed me right up =)

But, my first real "romantic" kiss was when I was 11. I think that half the allure of kissing in middle school is the "naughtiness" of it. I was a serious rule-bender and I liked the thrill of being a "bad girl".

I don't think that everything is necessarily happening younger and younger... I mean my grandmother knew plenty of teens who got pregnant in high school back in the 50's - and she knew of ton's of kids 'dating' in middle school then too. Keep in mind that 100-200 years ago it wasn't all that uncommon to get married (and have babies) at 14, 15, or 16.

No, it may not be 'right', but I wouldn't get too shook up about it!

At 5 I pecked a boy named John on the cheek and my first make out I was 14 and it was playing truth or dare. Now it seems so young but then, I was a 'big girl'! :o)

I was 19, sophomore in college, he was my boyfriend of two or three weeks at that point (neither of us had dated before). We did get married less than a year later.

I do (when I'm in a bitchy or teasing mood) insist that it was NOT his first kiss because he'd kissed a girl in a play in high school. He claims plays do not count. I pointed out that he enjoyed it. He says that any young man who "had" to kiss a pretty girl in high school for a play is going to enjoy it and it still shouldn't count. :) Either way, I'm very thankful that all of the kisses I remember are with the same person. I was 13 buy I have a 15 yr old and the thought of him getting" freaky" turns my stomach. He's my baby and I think he is too young :)

I'm 21 right now, and when I was in middle school, I remember there were lots of kids actually skipping school and having sex in the bushes. Freaking MIDDLE SCHOOL!! I thought that was SO GROSS! But I guess it happens. Yuck!

16 and I was so naive, I did not know what a french kiss was! I pushed my boyfriend out the door! He apologized profusely.

My first kiss was at 12....it was a party and the cops were breaking it up during the kiss. Not such a great kiss.lol

5... but I don't think that counts. The one that counts is about 12... it was so horrible and awkward, I get shudders just thinking about it. At that age, I was still considered very naive and prudish and inexperienced among my peers, and that was years ago... now, they are advancing waaaay more quickly.

I was 18. My wife was 18. I was my wife's first boyfriend kiss. She said she only wanted to kiss the man she was going to marry. My first kiss was to a girl I asked to marry me. She said yes, but later changed her mind.

I was surprised to see some one said "14" while playing "Truth or Dare". I'd never heard of Truth or Dare until my kids were in college and one of their friends let slip they had played Truth or Dare. I had to ask what Truth or Dare was. They just clammed up and quickly left.

I had wondered if Truch or Dare was a new game of the 90's or if any one else had played before then?

Even though it was my first kiss and I had no frame of reference, I knew he was a bad kisser -- super slobbery. But I still enjoyed it because I felt very grown up and experienced having french-kissed and "made out" with a boy I adored and many thought was super-cute.

Despite what everyone says, I don't think kids today are that much more advanced than we were. Many of my peers were kissing by about 12/13 anyway, I was on the late-ish side at 14.

Teach your kids right and then trust them.

Unfortunately kids are doing things at a much younger age nowadays. My mother in law taught in a middle school and I was appalled at the things she said they caught kids doing in closets. My SIL talked about chaperoning on field trips because she was worried about her son, 11 or 12, and the things that the kids would do on the bus and in the bathrooms. Even hearing the kids talk at the pool I am amazed at what they are doing.

I think I was 15 when I had my first kiss.

I was 18 - probably last among all of my friends when I had my first real kiss. I had played "spin the bottle" a few times in junior high and so there were some awkward pecks on the lips, but I don't count those. At 18, I finally had my first boyfriend... and we are still together 15 years later (married for almost 8).

As for Truth or Dare, I definitely played it at a young age (probably by age 9 or 10 if not earlier), but always only with girls. We played at slumber parties, camp, etc. I never played truth or dare with a boy.

I was a kissing fool! We had lots of neighbor boys and friends that I would play with and kiss them all the time on the lips. I remember me and a boy laying a innertube that had a bottom on it we both got in it up side down and were kissing . so young enough that we both fit in there! But then after about ten I realized that I probably was not suppose to be kissing boys like that. I settled down until i was thirteen and french kissed my boyfriend. Shortly after I broke up with him. I dated a couple other boys in jr high but then not anyone until I was a senior in high school. I was self taught about what to expect from guys and what they expected from me. The best thing you could do is explain what your thoughs on the topic are. Why we kiss and who we should kiss the risks of kissing (fever blisters, colds, emotions ) also if you have not already talk to your kids about sex and what you think is best for your situation and the consiquences of having sex (emotions, std, pregnancy, cheating) cover every topic you can think of even oral, orgys and other things you think your kids know nothing about. Teach them first. I know I took the kissing to the deep end of the pool but I only tell you this in hopes that it will educate your kids. if you have not done so already . Good luck.

since i'm so old (52) my age at my first kiss probably isn't relavent - but i kissed little pecks at age 12 - but there was no touching even arms or shoulders or hugs - jsut peck on the lips. French kissing was around 15.

now all that being said when you're overhearing these girls realize that they are probably talking about the quick kiss on the lips. But some kids are far away advanced beyond their years so it can be odd. My daughter swore that there were 12 and 13 yr olds who were "known" to have had sex - and research by doctors and people who should know say it's true - certainly not the majority but kids who lots of other things going on at home that are not great. sad really.

I kissed a few boys at the age of 14 and then I met my husband at 15. Amazing what puppy love turns into! <3

11 for my first kiss and 12 for my first french kiss. I know a girl who had sex at 12 so, while they seem so young, I can almost guarantee your kids probably know other kids who are having sex. Have the talk if you haven't already.

13, behind the stage in the auditorium in 7th grade. The best part, we were totally busted by the chior director. I am still friends with the guy, we didn't really date again, but ended up going to prom together as friends.

Peck on the lips: My best friend in 1st grade, I was 6 or 7. We were talking about kissing and didn't understand what the big deal was, so we kissed on the lips.

First real kiss with tongue and everything: The week before my 16th birthday. (So I was 15.) It was this kid I had known since I was a baby and he was 17. We dated for 2 years.

my "first kiss" i was probably 4 or 5? right before kindergartne. my second kiss i was in middle school. probably 6th grade. but i was a big prude. perverted...but a prude :)

I had my first boyfriend at 13 but we never even kissed. Our "relationship" consisted of him coming over to our house and we watched TV together. Maybe holding hands from time to time and sitting close to one another. I didn't have my first kiss until I was 14. Eleven is far too young. 12, maybe more appropriate.
