Hi there, I am moving this coming weekend. Today was the 1st day that I was able to make calls about transferring services. Well that did not go too well. Only moving like 18-20 miles away to NW Plano, but Verizon does not service with their VIOS. So now needing to know what do I go with the AT &T bundle or go w/Time Warner..... Any suggestions?
I don't have any idea if it makes a difference to you or anyone in your household or not, but when we had to choose between Verizon and Time Warner, by husband would NOT go with Time Warner because they don't offer the NFL channel :) Like I said...may not matter to you, but just in case there's anyone in the household that cares....We've also had At&t before and liked it.
I'm just moving and decided to go with AT&T. In comparison with Time Warner it was a bit cheaper and several of my friends at work have AT&T and love it!:) Since they've been so happy with it I decided to go with AT&T as well. Good luck, hope this helps!:)
Love AT&T we have them for everything and they are wonderful!
We have Time Warner and have had no issues whatsoever.
We have a bundle, 1 digital phone, high speed internet, cable tv. I pay about $180 a month because I have an extra dvd and we do order the movies a lot.
I think it is a toss up. I never had good experiences with AT&T when i had their phone service for years. I've never had customer service issues with TWC and I've always been able to speak to a rep fiarly quickly if needed. Our internet and tv are rarely out of service.
It is a toss up. People like each company about 1/2 and 1/2
