I am looking to take my son to a splash park tomorrow, daddy is working out at the TX Motor Speedway and it will be just the two of us all day. I know there are some in the actual pool areas, but I was looking for something that was seperate from a pool, I saw one in Arlington when we were visiting and it looked like so much fun. I just don't want to have to contend with the pool. Anything around Garland/Sachse/Wylie/Richardson/Plano? Thank you ALL!

There is a really nice one in Allen (if that's not too far for you) called Celebration Park. It's free too. http://www.cityofallen.org/parks/Celebration_Park.htm
Hi K.,
There are a few in Rowlett and I know Garland has Surf & Swim off of Oates and O'Banion.
Rowlett has Wetzone and there's one that I beleive is called the Waterview wet Park off of Dalrock and Liberty Grove. (It's at the end of Dalrock where it dead ends at Liberty Grove and you'll see it on your right hand side.
Wetzone has a site you can check out http://wetzonewaterpark.com.
Hope you have a good time!
(BTW, you have my daughter's name and she is a red head!) : )
Campbell Green sprayground in Richardson, Tx. 16600 Parkhill Drive, Campbell green rec center - SW corner of Hillcrest & Campbell. There's a little playground next to it, too. Have fun!

I believe it is called Oakpoint?
