Hello Mama's
Has anyone purchased the body magic gurdles and lost weight from wearing it as the company claims? I am wondering if the panty shapers really lift your buttocks as well.

let me add I did purchase one from my mom, she bought her 2 sizes to small as instructed by the representative, well she had to have help in order to put it on her when she wanted to wear it and that was to much trouble. I did wear it for a few months and the gurdle which was a waist cincher became to big for me and i gave to it to a friend, i am not sure why it became to big but i am thinking about purchasing another one and I was wondering about the experience that someone else has had. I can say that if you are looking for a gurdle this is the one to buy as far as fabric but they are very exspensive.

Hi,

I do have one. I bought it 1 size smaller. When I wear it on a regular basis it drastically improves my posture which visually takes a few pounds off becuase you are standing straight. However, I did lose some inches. I noticed when I would try on clothes. Because it is sooooo tight I was forced to eat smaller meals or I would suffer much discomfort from being too full which aided in some weight lose. However, because of the hassle of putting it on and taking it off I stopped wearing it like the directions state BUT I wear it occasionally and I DO get many complements about the weight I have lost...LOL.

Hope this helps!

Basically, the only way to lose weight permanently is to eat fewer calories than you burn but enough to keep you metabolism up. Anything temporary is probably mostly water weight. I've lost `108# on Weight Watchers over 27 months and I know I'll need to fight this the rest of my life. There are really no quick fixes.
