The cooking time should be similar to roasting a turkey in an oven bag. Online temperature and time on Reynolds site for an 8-12 lb bird is to use 350° for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
Oven bags were popular years ago. One can roast everything from veggies to roasts. The advantage to using a bag is there is less cleanup and decreases the amount of time in the oven.
Looking up freezer to oven information, I found that some are already cooked and seasoned.
Archer Farms should have a customer service number on the bag.
I'm not sure.
I'm not big on cooking anything in plastic.
Does the packaging have any hotline numbers you can call?
I tried cooking turkey on a vertical roaster 20+ years ago and it turned out so good I won't cook them any other way.
