Hi K.---I'm not sure if you have to make anything special for your daughter any longer. I used to take whatever we were having and then blend what was necessary to enable the kids to eat easily...depending on how many teeth, ability to swallow, etc. My favorite was when I made casseroles. I just smooshed everything up together and that was dinner or leftover for lunch, etc.
Of course, you'll have to be careful about seasonings and how strong they are for a while. Kids tastebuds work on overdrive compared to adults so they may or may not be able to eat everything that you eat. ALTHOUGH, your baby's food preferences will be, in large part, based on what you ate while you were pregnant. That bit of knowlege will be helpful when introducing new foods to babies. Some good tips on feeding babies can be found at www.askDrSears.com. I have the pleasure of working with and learning from the Dr. Sears in my wellness education business and his knowledge and advice is enlightening.
Good luck. We LOVE our bullet and use it often. We're on our second set of glasses. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions. Take care! D.
