Hi, It did not help me. My insurance didn't pay for it. It was $35.00 for a tiny bottle
At my eye exam today, my doctor gave me a prescription for Restasis after I complained that my eyes, left especially, sometimes feel gritty or irritated. He said it was dry eye which was the result of my Lasiks several years ago. Trying to read up on its effectiveness, side effects and cost. Wondered if anyone has had any experiences with this drug. I'm thinking it must be a little on the expensive side if the drug company is giving a $25 visa card with the first prescription. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

My husband's eye doctor prescribed it for him, and when I went to the pharmacy to get it filled, it was $224 without insurance. The price is steeper than I would've thought, so we didn't get it filled.
Dear K.,
I use restasis and it works for me. About how expensive it is? I don't know; my insurance pays for it. But it sure helps my dry eyes.
Blessings
I have used it for years and it really does help. In the summer I only use it once a day, winter twice a day. No side effects. My insurance covers it so I am not sure of the cost.
Yes!!! I cannot wear contact lenses without using this drug to help with my dry eyes! It is sooooo worth the money!
I've used Restasis for several years in both eyes. Works great and have had no side effects whatsoever!!!!
