Either for traffic tickets or for airfare? What was your experience? Any pitfalls or suggestions? We’ve just booked an expensive flight and if we can shave some money off the tickets after the fact, I would appreciate it.

What can I do next?

Never heard of of.

I looked into tickets for my MIL coming for a visit this summer last week. Tickets are $400 more today. I'm so not happy I didn't buy last year.

I have never used DONOTPAY - I've heard of it. I know that it is supposed to protect you should airfare DROP after you've purchased a ticket.

I know that it will appeal a speeding or parking ticket for you as well.

I know that after the Equifax breach - they were helping people sue Equifax.

I apologize. When I Googled it the only sites listed were ones who talked about the government site. Same with my first Google tonight. When I googled it a second time the app to which you are asking about was on the list.

I would ask some experts. One of these apps listed the person who built it. I'd Google him. Sometimes, I get more information by asking for user information. I don't remember how I phrased it. I went to donotpay's website. It gives very little information and does'n't seem to have a comments page. I would also check it out at Better Business Bureau. If you're on Facebook you could post the question there and choose send to everyone.

DoNotPay is a program that is only used by government agencies. It is used for improper payments. Citizens cannot use it.

Even if you could use the program, the conditions you cited are not improper payments.

Check with the airlines to see if there is a way to exchange your tickets for less expensive tickets. If the ticket price does not include a nonrefundable clause, you can cancel them. There is likely to be a penalty.

If a person doesn't want to pay traffic tickets they have to go to court.
