Needs to be in a good area too. HELP US!! our lease is up in April but if we find the right place we might be able to buy out of our lease. We have Fantastic rental history too!! Thanks!

Try craigslist.com and think about looking in the suburbs. We moved north of Lindstrom to purchase a house. We got a 4 year old home for the same price as a dilipidated home closer to the cities. I know the price of gas is always a concern, but it may be worth it. You may also want to consider the school districts that you are moving into.

Good luck!

We have a gorgeous 4 bedroom house that we are trying to sell bought but thought about renting it out. But we would need about $2000 a month for rent. It is in a great neighborhood in Ramsey. Let me know if you want pictures.

Try craigslist. We found our 4 bedroom in Waconia for 1295! We live in a twinhome (side by side) and in an AWESOME area! Good luck on your search.

I don't know what your finances are like, but I think you should revisit the idea of buying a home. Home prices are as pretty low and you can often negotiate lower; plus the interest rates are great right now. For $1,400 a month, you can get a very nice house. Good luck either way!
