I am in need of a good dermatologist ASAP I have a rash that 3 family practice Drs can not figure out. We know it isnt a fungal(like ringworm), its not an infection or an allergic reaction. The Dr's next idea was to put me on a oral steroid, Which I would like to stay away from. Their latest idea is that it is atypical psoriosis (sp?) yet, I have never ever had a dry skin issue and the rashy spots are mostly on my face-joy!joy!

I work as a MA for a wonderful Dermatologist in Lees Summit. Dr. Gary McEwen. He is the best!!!! It does take like 3 months for a new patient appointment though:( However you can try calling ###-###-#### and leaving a message with the nurse, either myself or Trish and we can try to get you in sooner. Your best bet though is to have your Primary Dr. call to make your appointment. Good Luck!!!!
I know you are trying dermatologists, but please look at your laundry soap, shampoo, cleaners, everything you can think of. Maybe you changed something in your house? Let's face it, these products have yucky ingredients in them. Let me know and God bless.
