Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried Bach's Rescue Remedy for panic and anxiety? I don't know anything about it. Is this a bunch of "Hooey"??? I am taking Lexapro for anxiety along with Xanex when I need it. For some reason I have been waking up at 5:00am and having a panic attack (twice this week). I never had this problem before taking the meds....I was having trouble going out in public, but not at home- go figure. Now it seems to have flip flopped. I don't know if my body is just adjusting to the medicine, but thought this would be worth checking out. Thanks!

I don't know if this will be terribly helpful or not, but I think you should try it. I have taken it and given it to my daughter when she is having bad tantrums or really upset about something. It kind of makes you a little more mellow. Hard to describe, but does seem to help somewhat. Don't know if it would help prevent an attack or not, but it's all natural so maybe worth a shot.

I just came across a brochure while on vacation about this product line.
I was leary of purchasing it, and started researching this product line...
I came here looking to see if anyone used/uses these products?
I definately need something TO WORK. I also need something for my SON, and HUSBAND, we are under tremendous STRESS. Too many things happening in our lives. Also taking care of my mother in law for the last 8 yrs with Alzhemizers... she has really gone down hill... and the Dr.'s are wanting us to get Hospice in there for her....

Where can I find the best price on the Bach line? I have looked on ebay, and did a search online.... Just curious, as I would like to get some for my husband, children, mil, and me.... just not sure which we need...

Any suggestions please let me know...

Thanks!

I vote for Rescue Remedy also! I use the spray, not the drops. Easier/faster to take.

Have you recently started taking these meds?

It usually takes a couple of weeks for your body to adjust. I wouldn't take any other tyoe of supplement while on those medications.

Yes, I've taken Bach for a few years and I SWEAR by it! I did the whole traditional med thing as well and it just kept me too up and down. I actually started taking Bach when I became pregnant with my son because it was natural and safe, even while pregnant. It has helped me work around MANY panic attacks! I am only not taking it now as I am out--was just thinking that I needed to order some more, so what a coincidence that you should post this. I do have to say that the effect is VERY subtle, so if you take it and don't feel any MAJOR physical difference right away, don't get discouraged. I combined it with mild breathing exercises and just trying to relax as much as I could when I took it (I'm a high-strung type so this is a challenge for me). The good thing is it is natural and safe to where you can take it along with your prescription meds and it won't hurt you! I highly recommend you try it. Best of luck to you and God Bless!
