Anyone Else Upset That Stabler Is Gone from Law and Order: SVU??

Miss him, too. Just read an article about Mariska Hargitay. She will appear less this season because she wants more time with her children. Don't know about next season. I don't think the show will last much longer. It will be like Law and Order when the older detctive left that was on Dirty Dancing. I can't remember his name. It was never the same after that and it soon went of the air. I loved that show, too. I can just watch the reruns over and over and my hubby makes fun of me!

I hate that he left!! This was my favorite show and without him I just don't want to watch!

Yes, I miss him. It's not the same. I like Detective Pino I think it is, but not the blond lady. Stabler and Benson just had amazing chemistry. For those that missed, he was under investigation with IAB for a shooting in the season finale, then quit the first episode without making an appearance. Benson has been taking it hard, and spoilers say she is going to have a mini breakdown in an upcoming episode over his departure. Speaking of annoying things with the show, how come Detective Lake never got a final episode after his arrest? And what about the baby Olivia was given guardianship over?? (this show is my soap opera lol)

What happened to his character? I can't remember the season finale and missed the first show this season. I am upset he is gone though. I loved Benson and Stabler together. I suppose we will have to see if it hurts but unless Benson goes the show may stay on top.

Wednesday's episode, Benson said she was getting real tired of it all. I think they are getting ready to pull the plug on the show. I love Christoper Meloni, so I can't wait to see what he is in next.

I think all popular tv shows suffer when a major character leaves the show, but I'm sure this one will bounce back nicely.

Yes and I suspect Liv will be next. I dislike it without him and will probally stop watching, which is one less hour of tv time so good for me.
