Well it's like this since I had my daughter which is about to be 6 next month my stomach has always been big.Okay my point is that when I eat something it makes my stomache a little bloated and it looks like I'm pregnant.I haven't been pregnant since I had my daughter and it has been going on since then.Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing and what do you think may be the cause of this happening?I haven't really talked to my OB about it though what thoughts do you have on this? Thanks in advance for all the advice.

What can I do next?

I have struggled with the same thing. I agree on the digestive enzymes and probiotics. You could have candidiosis (bad yeast overgrowth in your system) which a candida cleanse would be extremely helpful. You could also have a food allergy that you don't even know about. A great system that takes care of both of the above situations is www.lifeforceplan.com - this plan has helped literally change my life on many different levels including my bloating issues. Good luck!!

Well there are a couple of things you can try...alot of times when you are having a lot of trouble with bloating, it's because your digestive system is out of whack. If it were me, I'd try digestive enzymes...which you can find in the vitamin shoppe or health food store. Additionally I would be trying a good probiotic, preferrably one that needs refrigeration.

You might want to take note of what you're eating. For example, does it always bloat when you eat? or only when you eat certain foods like bread, pasta, croutons on salad, etc. If you notice a pattern, you just might have a food allergy. The symptoms are usually bloating, headaches, cramps, diahrrea and sometimes nausea.
I have food allergies and found it out the hard way - a regular doctor doesn't always diagnose the symptoms accurately.I suggest you go to a nutritionist or nutritional councelor.

It sounds to me like you may have IBS. I have had it for years now and have found that if I'll take a Zantac before eating, it doesn't seem to both me. Hope this helps!!

The one piece of advice that no one has seemed to give is, go to the Doctor! Home remedies are great and there are a lot of products on the market that will reduce the gas and swelling, but the best thing to do is to first track down the cause so you can treat it appropriately.

For my husband, it was his gallbladder... He had a serious attack and had to have it removed! If you want to try the pro-biotics.... it's up to you. Definitely see a doctor.
