I am a certified teacher, but currently a SAHM. I have 3 part time jobs: work for my neighbor's business, clean her house, work at Sylvan Learning Center. My husband was laid off in December and decided to change careers. Since December, he has become a certified FireFighter, but before he can get a job he has to get his EMT certification too. Needless to say, I do not want to have to leave my abby boy (he's almost 2!) at a daycare and go back to the classroom unless I HAVE to. Does anybody out there have any good contacts, ideas, etc. for employment opportunities? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

A.~ I too was looking for work from home ideas and was really unimpressed since the only responses I ever got were from people wanting me to do Mary Kay or Pampered Chef or something like that. I wanted something that I would enjoy, could really make money and there weren't a million people in a square mile already selling the product. Know what I mean??? I have since found a job in corporate america but have discovered Lia Sophia. This company started in the northern states and is slowly moving to the southern states. I sell jewelry which is funbut the licker is that there are very few people in this area that are selling it.
