I bought the Turbo Jam video back in June 07, it garentees that you will lose 10lbs and 10 inches in 10 days if you do the video and follow the diet. I did id I lost 14 lbs and 11 in in 10 days. Has anyone else used this workout program and if you have, what have your results been like. I stopped using it after about 3 months because I fell into a deep depression and i've been in that depressive state ever since and cant seem to bring myself out to get motivated enouguse it.
anyway, I was just curious if anyone has used this program? thanks

My daughter (20) and I just purchased Turbo Jam and we love it! It's fun and motivating and keeps me moving. I also change it up with Hip Hop Abs so I don't get bored. I don't know how much I've lost but I do know I dropped a dress size already. You must do something for yourself and get moving again. I understand depression and it's not a "happy" place to be. You will have to make the decision that is not where YOU want to be and make the change. How old are your children? You can even pop the tape in and have the kids do it with you. You also mentioned that when you did the tape, you actually lost pounds and inches. How did that make you feel? How did you feel when you were exercising? I'm not sure what made you fall into a depression, but I'll pray for you. You WILL have the strength to rise above it and return to LIVING!!!! Please let me know if I can be of any more help to you.

Yes, I have used Turbo Jam for about 2 years now and still love it!! I have different ones so I change it up a bit & last January got certified to teach Turbo Kick in the gym setting (which I am not). But I don't know how many inches or pounds I lost, because I have always exercised (at least off and on). I know it is so hard to start back, but once you do I know you will feel so much better! I bought Turbo Jams back in December while I was living in Colorado. I used one of the 7 dvd's once. I have since moved back to Austin and I am back at my gym and no longer have use for the dvd's. I personally can't get motivated at home. I prefer the gym. If you or someone you know want to purchse mine, I will sell everything I have for $55.00. I have Turbo Jam 5 workouts, 3T, Lower Body Jam, Fat Blaster, Punch, Kick, Jam,Cardio Party Mix 2 and 3, the hand weights, green band, the turbo results guide book, 10 day kick start and tape measure. I have it and am just getting started with it. I am glad to hear that it works....I have enjoyed the workouts so far. BUT, I know where you are coming from... motivation is hard. It's difficult when you are running the house,taking care of kids, meals, laundry, cleaning, etc. I always look at it this way, If I work out today, it's more than I did last week! And, I try to do the 20 minute one if it is all I do.
