There are breastfeeding videos that you can view for free online from this site.
Also, check out http://www.kellymom.com/
It has really great advice on breastfeeding, sleep and all kinds of topics.
You can also buy The Breastfeeding Book by Dr. Sears and his wife, a nurse. They have about 8 kids, and she breastfed them all. They are proponents of the family bed and letting the child decide when to wean, even if that is not until 2 or 3. But if you are not into that stuff (I'm not) just ignore that part of the book. The rest is still really good information that helped me lot, especially in the beginning. Get the book before you give birth and read it.
also, do not leave the hospital without getting a lactation consultant to come to your room and help you. You may even want to have her come to your house for a few sessions to help. I had a c-section and had trouble at first because my son was given bottles in the hospital before I had a chance to even see him after coming out of surgery. I would make it clear to the staff before you give birth that you want to breastfeed exclusively, if that is your decision. if you want to give bottles, it is recommended that you wait to introduce them until the baby has a good handle on breastfeeding, usually about 1 month.
