Hello moms I'm look to have a mommy me day at a Spa but I have never been. So I have no idea where to go or how to even make a choice of a good one. Here are a few things I'm looking for location downtown or south of Dallas I live in Lancaster/Red Oak. I'm wanting a place where I can get a detox of my body not sure if that would be a body wrap but then I would like a mini massage or just a choice of a few services. But at the same time I will be treated good and I'll want to keep going back & I'm able to afford it.
So can someone help me please mother in need of a day for me...........
My DH and I both go to We Kneed Bodies in Frisco and love it there! We both have job that are stressful on our backs, and this has been the only place we have found that has MTs that really help.
I like the Razl Dazl spa in Arlington- They have some great services there and I think thier prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have also been in operation for 20years and a family owned. I had my hair styled and a 60 min. prenatal massage- my sister has had a 60 min. massage, waxed her eyebrows and her hair cut/styled. We were both really impressed with all the staff. They also offer body wraps and salt scrubs- you can check out thier website to get more info. It was a 30 min, drive for me, but well worth it!
Enjoy!

I liked Perfect Touch Spa in Ft Worth. Near Downtown very cheap but good and it has gotten sooo many awards. Go to spafinder.com and it gives sevices and pricings.

You might check out One Fine Day in Waxahachie. I've noticed they have spa specials offered from time to time, and it's not far from you. I believe they have a web site, but I'm not certain. They're located on hwy 77.
Hi S.
Here is a website for some beauty and day spas in your area.

I own my own business and I love their detox line of products - it's like having a spa in my home.

If you have a Costco membership, check out the Spa Gift Certificates they offer at a discounted rate. You can use them at at lot of spas throughout the country. In that way you can save money on all of the spa services you desire. I would make sure that the spa I wanted to use was on the spa list or that I wanted to try one of the places on the list.
I'm from Red Oak and have gone to a spa that is located on 342 between Red Oak Rd and Louise Ritter by the Whataburger. I can't remember the name right now but it was very reasonable and has all the services you want. The people are very nice and personable. Sorry I can't remember the name.
