Okay so I am looking for a nanny position and I am having a heck of a time finding one. I am well qualified and have flexible rates, but still no luck. As a result, I am now checking other avenues, I want to know if anyone knows anyone who has a position that would allow me to work from home, data entry, general typing, etc....

I am a new mom myself and I am considering hiring a nanny in the future. I live in Wheaton and will be going back to work part time soon. Could you give me an idea of what your rates are? Depending on cost I'm deciding between a nanny and a traditional day care center (or not returning to work at all!).

When my children were that age I worked for Partylite Gifts, which is a home party company. It was a great flexible job, with great pay and it gave my husband time alone with the kids and I got to be with adult women 2-3 days a week. There are so many great companies out there. If you go this route (investigate everything, each company is different. Pick a product or service that you will love.) Good luck!
My Step-mothers sister travels alot and once told me that she went to www.virtualassistants.com and she takes her laptop with her and she does work and sends it in. I went on the website myself and they have alot of positions.
M. - I know they advertise work from home opportunities on the internet, and I have always wanted to look into them myself, but afraid they may be big scams. If you do find something reputable regarding work from home, can you please share that information with me? I currently work part-time out of the house and will continue to do this, however, I could always do something from home on my days off to help with our income. Nikki
