so this is a very sensitive subject for me, as i am sure that it is for many. but i have one son that i nursed for a year, and my breasts never recovered. Im still single and while this might seem shallow to some, it is something i am very insecure about. does anyone have any experience with natural breast enhancers? please don't respond if you are just a skeptic, only if you have tried some..id really appreciate it.

What can I do next?

Hey A.,

I am in the same boat! So don't feel ashamed that you may seem shallow. I have not tried them yet, but I am also seeking to self enhance too.

Dear A.,

I don't know anything about natural breast enhancers, but I do know that if a single mom wants to enhance her breasts, then she should look into it very carefully, and do it. You have a long way to go in this life and you might as well do things that make you happy. Go for it. C. N.

Hi,

I can relate to your dilemma though I'm still nursing so I haven't done anything yet about it - and one other thing, just as an FYI, it's not nursing that did it, it was pregnancy according to the drs. and midwives that we worked with. Even if a woman doesn't choose to breastfeed (which is a very sad choice IMO) her breasts are forever changed to some extent simply by being pregnant. Some women's breasts are affected more than others by being PG and there's nothing we can do about that.

As far as your query, I am aware of one nonsurgical alternative that has worked for some - go to http://brava.com/ to find out more about it. Pills and all that are pretty much bogus so I wouldn't waste the money on them - if there was really a pill that worked with proven success, all women would be grabbing them up and they would be national (or international!) news. :)

No matter what you decide to do, try not to worry that you aren't exactly as before...it's a natural part of life and IMO we are too self critical and overly sensitized to this kind of thing (I include me in that remark!!) because the media has overly sexualized women's bodies and breasts especially, and has set us up to think that augmented breasts are actually the way a natural normal breast is supposed to look forever.

My daughter is over 2.5 now and we are enjoying her so much! :)
Best wishes to you and your son!

S.

Hi A.:

I can relate. After having 3 kids, my body looks like it belongs somewhere else, on someone else, lol. After I had my last child, I wanted to try one of the natural enhancers. I bought a product called breast gain plus (they do have a website). My only thing is that I had stopped nursing my daughter about 2 1/2 months before I took this stuff, so I honestly don't know if my breasts were just bigger because of that or if the pills worked. I definitely had larger, firmer boobs though, and I like to think that it was because of the pills. I was actually about to buy another supply recently, but found out that I'm pregnant again, so there goes that idea. I found these pills online, through a site that gave those the best review out of like 10 other natural enhancers. I got a 2 month supply for about $100, which seemed kind of expensive, but I figured if they worked it would be more than worth it. Good luck, hopefully this helps out.

I have never used anything to enhance the size of my breasts, i am a little scared to waste the money if it doesnt work so i would like to know as well, but i think the other lady was wrong i dont think that being preg has to do with the changing of your breasts it does have to do w/breastfeeding, my mom-inlaw told me nursing wont change your boob size (she was VERY wrong) at preg i was a small B while nursing i was at a large C then 2 weeks after i quit nursing I dropped to an A and my breasts sage like socks(not trying to sound gross) and i blame it on nursing cause since then i cant get them back to normal or even close to what they use to look like i am embarred to even let my own husband look at my chest of fear he'll be disgussted. anyways i have known women to increase their breast size just by putting on 10 or 15 lbs. I personally i have tried to put on the weight but it wont work for me, seeing that the only way i can put on weight is by being pregnant. but if you hear about and try something that works please let me know about it if you can, thanks
