I'm a member of MOPS, Mothers of Preschoolers, at Alpine Chapel in Lake Zurich. It's a great group of women with kids Birth through Kindergarten. We get together every two weeks and chat, eat, have occasional speakers, and just generally get out of the house together! Alpine has both a morning and evening group on the same day.

You can check out the website for details...www.alpinechapel.org, meetings start up again in September, and the ____@____.com group would be great for once you go back to work!

where in the nw suburbs? I'm in jefferson park, chicago, and my parents live in park ridge so i'm around there often enough. I'm due oct. 4th. I'd be up for hanging out whenever. i won't be working all september and I'd be happy to hang out and once the baby comes I'd like it to get some interaction with other babies.
