My son has an appointment with Dr. Noell today. He may end up having to have tubes put in his ears. Has anyone used Dr. Noell and what are your thoughts? From what I have looked up about her so far seems really good, just wanting to hear from someone who has used her!
Thanks!

What can I do next?

We didn't use Dr. Noell but we did see her partner Dr. Roberge. I've heard great things about her though. A friend of mine saw her for her daughter. What I love about both Dr. Noell and Dr. Roberge is that they don't push you to have surgery just for the sake of having surgery. There is a male doctor in the office that I dealt with because he was the on call doctor, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he was very rude. So much so that I said something to Dr. Roberge at our follow up. I think he realized it towards the end of the call and tried to change his attitude and tone but it was too little too late. But hopefully she said something to him so no one else will encounter what I did.

If you do elect to have the surgery, it is relatively easy and well worth it. My son was having chronic ear infections and we tried everything to avoid surgery but nothing worked. After the surgery he was a totally different kid.

Good Luck!

We have used her twice now and we love her. She is so kind and patient and very comforting when it comes to surgery day. She is a mom herself, and I think that makes all the difference in the world.

Dr. Noell put tubes in my son's ears when he was less than a year old due to horrible ear infections. She was very reassuring and made us feel very comfortable. And the best part was that the actual procedure took less than 10 minutes.

In my experience, seeing a children's chiropractor will keep your son from having to have the tubes put in at all. Dr. Cindy Haggerton in Hurst specializes in children and I've seen amazing results! She is pediatric certified and the children love her! She is in network with all the insurance companies. Her husband also see's children. You might try that and avoid surgery all together! If it doesn't work, I'm sure Dr. Noell will be able to help you!
