Hi there K.! Well, my husband and I own our own business that we do part time, and not only does it give us great income monthly, but we also do not have to sell anything, manufacture anything, and the best part is we don't have to sit at home and run the business. My husband and I both work full time, so to have a business that is so easy to do is great. As a matter of fact, it is so great that my husband said that I will soon be able to retire and stay at home with my baby girl which would be awesome. If you are interested, e-mail me at ____@____.com. Remember though, I am not trying to sell you anything, I just saw an opportunity to help another mom who just wants to enjoy life! I hope to hear from you and take care!

Welll, I am a stay at home mom, too. I have a 10 month old son and I just started selling Pampered Chef. It's kitchen ware products that have a great reputation...and it's a $90.00, at most, investment that you get back at your first show and if you host a show before you start, you can use part (up to $40)of your host rewards towards your start up cost...which is the $90.
If you're interested and want more information, please contact me. Just something to think about! :)

Hi K.,
Therea area all kinds of business' you may run from home. I am not a stay at home mom, but I do have a home based business. I have a photography and picture framing business. I do have to leave the home obviously to go shoot, but it only requires I leave during scheduled events and appointments. Take a look at the fields that hold your interest and do some research and see if you can do it from home. But, keep in mind, it will require you to be very disciplined. Best of luck to you...there is something out there for you :)

Hi K.,
My name is J.. I don't know if you are still looking for a WAH opportunity, but I am an independent consultant for Usborne Books At Home. They are a wonderful children's book company. What I LOVE about it is that you can do the usual home parties and such, but you have a website set up and also can do book fairs at schools, fundraisers, library sales, reading incentive/literacy programs, etc... It is great! You make a generous commission and also have the opportunity to earn free books for your little girl...
You mentioned that you didn't want to have to pay to start working. That is hard to find with a work from home opportunity, but the start up with Usborne is very minimal... Usborne has a special right now for a starter kit for $49... you get way more than that in books and supplies, and earn that back and then some after your first show, so it is well worth it if you love books like I do!
If you want to find out more, you can visit my website www.greatkidsbooks4u.com or email me at ____@____.com
Good Luck!

I know you have had lots of responses from different Direct Sales companies but you need to find one that fits you and your friends/families needs as they are usually your first customers! I would strongly suggest avoiding any Direct Sales company that has Inventory. You buy up front and then if you don't sell it you are stuck with it!! AGH!!! I do my homeshow, input the order online and press enter. The order is shipped to the hostess and she delivers to her friends. It is easy and I only have a display of items to show. Each year I purchase new catalogs but that is about it. I sell part time (3X a month) for AtHome America and it is a Christian based company that sells all sorts of homewares: quilts, candles, bakeware, table top decor.....just about everything! Very much like Pottery Barn +Crate and Barrel styles. I have a website you can look at our catalog on line and if you would be interested in more information just let me know and I would be happy to help you out! I do homeshows on weekends or evenings so my hubby can watch our 4.5 year old son and I don't have to pay for childcare but can still make some money and be out with the girls having fun which is really important for my sanity! Good luck! www.athome.com/AndreaGrammatica

Hello K.!
I too am a Stay at Home mom and for months I racked my brain trying to find a job that I could do at home. Many things I found were gimmicks or scams and I was getting so confused about what was real and what wasn't. A relative of mine told me how a friend of hers sold stuff on Ebay, so I checked it out. I didn't know what to sell at first, but I quickly realized that what is one persons junk is anothers treasure. Anyways, I'm a fairly artistic person who handpaints decor for my kids' room's and so I decided to give that a try. It's been a little over 6 months since I started and I couldn't be more pleased. I don't know what specialties you may possess or what it is you may want to sell, but you may want to browse around Ebays site and get some ideas of what people are out there selling. People even sell their used children's clothing, toys, baby gear... If you have any questions about anything, feel free to contact me. Hope this helps and happy Holidays, D....

Hi, my name is L.. I live in Spokane, Washington. I have 5 StoresOnline web site licenses and I am willing to sell you one, if you are interested. Each license provides the license owner with the means to start a fully functional online business. Each license has everything necessary to operate a complete ecommerce business online, including the means to design your own unique web site, tons of information to study to learn how to determine what you want to sell (product, information, or service), information that teaches you how to market the site and convert visitors to buyers, and a lot of statistical monitoring services so that you can determine what kind of traffic you are getting and what to do to improve your traffic. I have 5 licenses that each cost me $1500. I'm willing to sell a license for that price. This may sound like a lot, but it is less than half the price I paid for a cookie-cutter web site from SMC that search engine browsers couldn't even find. There have been a lot of successes with StoresOnline. If you are interested, call me at ###-###-####. I've worked with 3 different companies that all promised to help with the startup of a home business. StoresOnline is the best.

The health and wellness industry is booming! Look into MonaVie. It is a health drink that has helped SO MANY people. And the benefits are wonderful because you are truly helping others.......you don't sell. You "drink it, feel it, share it"! You tell others about this amazing product and what it has done for you and others! Go to www.mymonavie.com/carolynosborne Go to "my story" and then explore the rest of the site. And what a perfect time to consider it. Just before the New Year. Everyone has an ache or pain or disease they are fighting. Children and adults can drink this. It is all natural, no caffeine or chemicals except for a trace amount of preservative. Please consider it, the opportunity is huge! There is a one time fee which enables you to purchase wholesale of $39. Contact me if you have more questions.
Check out my website, it's working wonders for me and I get to be around my family! Good luck to you, take care! Ü

I have been doing daycare out of my home. In order to get certified you have to take some courses at Cocaan in Redmond(if you are in Deschutes County). There are some fees....
If you need the money right away, it's not the best thing to do. I always require money up front for the month or the week.
You can sign up to have kids that have parents that are on state aid. They pay a co pay... make sure you fill out your paperwork first, then wait a few weeks before taking them. It takes awhile for the state to do background checks, then you have to have a health and safety check....before they pay.
I heard Ebay is good as well...
Good luck,

~~We don't charge a startup fee and we would love to have you listen to more details!!!
~~We are partnered with a spectacular Inc. 500 award winning wellness company. This company has an impeccable record with the Better Business Bureau and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
~~Are you READY to WORK from HOME? WE HAVE WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!
i dont know if you would be willing to live in an apartment or not but if you are try apartment management, it can be hard to get into, i sent out my resume (no prior experience)to at least 25 ads in the paper and i had to go on about 8 interviews before i got a part time leasing position on the weekends. that worked good for a while because i could take my then 1month old with me if i needed to. i worked for about 2 to 3 months at that job and then started sending out my resume again and had a much easier time, i only sent out my resume to about 10 people and went on 4 interviews before i got my own building.
that first building was rather run down but i stuck with it did the best i could and after about 8 months i started sending out my resume again, this time it only took about 5 resume send outs and 1 interview and i landed a really nice building in an awsome neighborhood, we have been here a year and i love it. i only work about 20 hours a month, the rest of the time i spend with my daughter and husband. i have my rent (on a 900sqft 2bd apartment)paid for, i also have my water/sewer/garbage paid for along with my land line and my dsl and my cell phone. on top of all that i get a sallary ($800/month) and i get paid $15/hour to do maintanance around the building (i dont have to do maintainance but i do as much as i want to for the extra money and contract anything out i dont want to deel with)
truly it is the best thing i could have ever done, we are saving up to buy a house (you would be suprised at how much you can save each month when you are not paying for rent) as a general rule if you are managing a building more than 35 units you will get a 2bd apt plus a small sallary if it is under 35 units you will usually get a partial rent credit, feel free to email me if you would like more info id be happy to tell you more about it.

Read the book (get it at book's website www.500DollarStartup.com) "$500 Startup". It's a step by step guide to having your own online business. Totally easy to read and shows how anyone can do it. Not technical and spooky if you don't want it to be. Simple as an ebay business, selling your own designed t-shirts with no inventory etc...
Get the book (digital version free for a limited time) and all of the other free tutorial videos, audios, blog, worksheets by going to the book's website: www.500DollarStartup.com
There is an advanced course too but try the free stuff first to kick the tires!
