While searching for their website I also came across "The Little Gym." I've never been there, so I can't recommend it per se, but it's something else to look into! They have a bunch of locations, too.

The MOMS Club(Moms Offering Moms Support) is also great with getting together and doing regular activities.

There's also MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), another group that gets together regularly for activites.

At the Emma Lou Olson Civic Center in Pompano they have a Kidokinetics Class for ages 3-5 they are teaching fundamental sport skills. The new class is starting August 17 Thursday @5:45 for 8 weeks

Where are you?

If you're near FAU, I highly recommend Lifestyle (http://www.babyswimming.com/). If you're working, their next sessions for evenings and/or weekends start August 28, but if you can make M-F mornings, they're starting up a new session on Monday.

There are also a number of gyms that take them at 2-3 yrs.

Tamarac Community Center has a beginning baseball program my son participated in last fall. It was a good program that taught the basic skills like catching, throwing, running bases. It was inside the gymnasium. I am not sure of the age requirements but some of the classmates were 3 years old.
