Hmmmm...I had anterior placenta previa diagnosed around 12 weeks, and it moved by, oh, I think it was around 25 weeks. So, it wasn't an issue at my 39 week Csection. Good luck!
At my 22 week ultrasound it was found that I have anterior placenta previa. Anyone have any information on this issue? Did you have this at your ultrasound and did the placenta move? I can't seem to find any information on this. Also, I am supposed to have a c-section because my first child was a c-section. Anyone with info about anterior previa and a c-section? I guess I am looking for any and all information!! Thank you!!

Hi S.,
I had this condition with my third child. Was told to stay off my feet whenever I can and just take it easy, In week 28 I had a major bleeding, but the baby was OK, my doctor put me on a bad rest. And I am so glad that he did, my placenta did move, my delivery was natural, perfect delivery. East well, stay hydrated and most of all stay off your feet.
Good Luck,
D.
mine ended up moving for the better by my 28 week ultrasound
Mine ended up moving close to the end of my pregnancy. I did spot through the whole pregnancy though.

I'd suggesting consulting with JoAnn Lindberg about your question about having a vaginal birth after C-section as she has been providing birthing resources for many years.
There are support groups for moms asking about vaginal birth after C-section. The primary thing is to work with your support team on having healthy you and healthy baby.

You can have a vaginal birth after a c-section (v-back). I did & I know many others that did also. If the placenta does not move than you will need to do the c-section. If it does move than you can do a v-back.
I had marginal placenta previa w/ my second, and my first had also been a c section. I think mine moved (that was 10 years ago) but I chose to have a c section anyway. Previous c sections can sometimes cause the placenta previa. Good Luck
I had this with both of my children. Dr. said by 25 weeks, most move. Mine did move in time. I had natural birth for both, so I can't tell you about the c-section part. My sister said she had it with her first and had a c-section because he was breech. Hers also moved by 25 weeks. I would wait for your next ultrasound, you might be worrying for nothing!
