No, not really. My kids will still run them over it though ;) But, some have roads printed on the flip side without the grooves for the train wheels and they work on those. The wheels are too small to fit in the train grooves.
Do you have the wooden thomas tracks??? Do hot wheels work on them?

The train marketing gurus have done a good job of making sure that ALL Thomas varieties do NOT work with each other OR with other stuff! LOL
We've got BINS and BINS of Thomas stuff--die cast, battery operated and wooden and ALL THREE track styles as well!
Yes and No. Hot wheels undercarriage are smaller in size, so it doesn't fit the track as the trains do. It doesn't seem to bother the boys though.
Not perfectly, but that doesn't seem to bother my son :)
My boys don't care either! They still have lots of fun. As it is right now, they have a train table and are playing with their trains on it without the tracks. And they're having a blast.
hot wheels dont work on them, but little kids will usually play with those cars on everything!
we love the wooden train tracks! and some train cars dont work on them, but still that doesnt phase the kids one bit!
