If I order pampers on amazonmom.com will they acceept my coupon? I have high value coupons (just curiuos never used coupons online).

Only if they are electronic coupons on the site. Don't forget to sign up for subscribe and save to save another 15%-you can cancel any time.
Not sure about amazonmom.com specifically, but just go through the checkout procedure and there should be a step to enter a coupon code or something like that. Enter what you have and see what happens. You'll be able to see if the coupon was accepted prior to giving your credit card information.
Otherwise they should have a customer service number you can call to ask also.
Is it a Pampers coupon from the newspaper?

No. I think only diapers.com does that. Sometimes there are online coupons you can clip on amazon. If you clip that and do subscribe and save, you can get a really good deal.
