Testing is more for Crohn's and celiac. There is skin testing for allergies. There are blood tests for some allergies. have found an osteopathic doctor that has tested my children through muscle testing. It seems intolerance and sensitivity seem to be harder to test for. I have had them all done and the only way we could find anything was through the osteopath and she was able to treat us for them at her office. You can remove dairy for a period of time and then add it back a little at a time to see how she reacts. My two kids have an egg white allergy. They are okay when it is an ingredient and sometimes eggs doesn't bother them but I avoid it on the whole. My daughter is allergic to chocolate but she has found the dark chocolate (the real stuff) bothers her less than the milk chocolate. You may want to do some reading on Genetically Modified Foods. The culprits here are corn, wheat, and soy. Artificial sweeteners bad. There's a book written by a mom who has children with food allergies called The Unhealthy Truth. Author is Robyn O'brien. She is on facebook. Her book was very enlightening for me. My kids have been dealing with a lot of health issues.Good luck to you.
