Unfortunaly, I don't have any experience with this problem... but there is a great website (www.allrecipes.com) that I use frequently to find new recipes.
Hope the site helps!
My 16 month old son has a peanut and egg allergy and is also lactose intollerant. I have the hardest time finding foods that are safe for him to eat. He's a good eater, but I feel like he eats the same thing all of the time(green beans, peas, carrots, potatoes, corn and fruit)all of your basics, but he is becoming a little pickey with some of the same old things. When we sit down to eat dinner he wants what we are having. He does eat some meat, but can't have any pasta and we use soy products for his dairy. It's especially hard when we go out beacuse I don't know what has come into contact with the food when it was being prepared. We are keeping our fingers crossed that he will out grow this. No one in our family has any allergies. If anyone has any recipies for things I can prepare and freeze, please let me know.
Thank all of you so much for the advise. I have tried many new foods and we are getting better at finding things for him to eat.

I googled food allergy to get most of them, AAAAI is a professional organization of allergists that I am aware of through my work.
Good cooking!
Hi J.,
I have a 2 year old with milk and egg allergies. We have not yet tested for peanut/tree nut allergies, so we are avoiding them for now. I have felt your frustration!! I have done a lot of looking around and have found some great things for Abigayle to eat. The best cookbook I have found is called "Dairy-free, Egg-free, Kid Pleasing Recipes and Tips" by Theresa Kingma. I found it online. I also found www.cherrybrookkitchen.com which has really yummy dessert mixes. There is also a vegan Smart Balance that we use in place of margarine. Also, Fleichmans has dairy free "butter" that comes in sticks which are great for baking. I have found that her rice milk (she didn't like the soy) can be used in place of most recipes that call for milk.
I hope this information is helpful! There are no allergies in my family but my nephew on my husband's side was allergic to just about everything. He is now in 2nd grade and has grown out of most of them. I keep my fingers crossed that this will end for us soon! We have stopped going out to eat because it was too risky. The rare times that we do go we take food for Abigayle to eat. As of yet, no restaurant has cared.
Oh, and as for pasta, the Muellers brand is safe! No egg nor any egg in the factory.
Good luck to you!

Have you tried Basmati rice? it is very good. Also rice noodles have no dairy in them. There is a special section in Giant Eagle (don't know if you are close to one) that has all of the things for "intolerant" people. Beleive me, my dad is gluten intolerant which leaves him pretty much out of anything with flour in it!
Hi..my daughter who is 19 months old is allergic to dairy. Like your family we also do not have any allergies. I have fund that vegan products are great (No animal products).
Soy pasta is great. I love silk soy milk for my daughter. Soy mac n chz, fruit, oatmeal with dried fruit, cauliflower made as mash pot (Yummie), turnips, salad with pepper and lemon juice and water mixed, you could make homade spag sauce with dairy free sauce and ground turkey or TVP"Texurized veg protein". brown rice with grilled chkn, and broc...diced very small so he can spoon it.Meatloaf (No egg) use applesauce instead. visit your local health food store and tell them about the allergies. Read all lables...just because it says dairy free doesnt mean it doesnt have eggs. You child is prob bored of eating the same things, but remember he will eat it if he is hungry. I learned that. You can make shakes that include banana with soymilk, and a dairy free "Soy" yougurt...just make sure that the yougurt doesnt have milk protein in it.Take care.
Hi. I work for a nutritionist and we have a lot of clients with food allergies, mostly milk and wheat. Have you tried Corn Pastas? My son is slightly allergic to wheat and milk- not lactose intolerant, but he's allergic to high amount of sugar in milk. I suggest switching from Soy to Rice Milk. Soy has proven to cause estrogen surges in the body. As for recipes, we do a lot of corn pasta (macaroni, spaghetti). You can get them anywhere these days. I'm not sure if they contain eggs though. Good luck.
You might want to try another website:
www.jlr.mywildtree.com
They have all natural Grapeseed oils, and spices.
There is a Butter Grapeseed oil that I sometimes use in place
of butter or margarine. All the products have no preservatives, additives, MSG or dyes. On the product cards, it lists what's in each items, and whether it has eggs..etc.
in it.
Good Luck!
J.,
What a struggle it must be to be concerned with fulfilling your son's most basic need--food. I'm sorry I don't have any recipes for you, but I believe there are non-egg noodles available in the grocery store so he could start having pasta. Can't your ped recommend recipes? Have your searched Google or Yahoo for recipes? I'm sure you'll find tons there.
Hope this helps!

Hi J.,
I would suggest that you try some Vegan recipies. They're wonderfully healthy for your son and family (especially the sweets) and I would simply avoid anything with Peanuts. Just google "Vegan Recipies" and some nice things come up. I hope this helps. (Just be sure to balance his food...so he gets the right amount of nutrients) Hope this helps!
You can try some Health food stores for premade products. My son and I have Celaic Disease and most of our food comes from a Health food store. You can also get a recipe book for just egg, peanut and no milk recipes at Barnes and Nobles or Amazon.com.
