My husband has sold Aflac for 11 years. It sounds like they are not denying you, they need more info which is typical. Get the required info from the doc and you should be ok. Call Aflac directly and ask them what the problem is. They are very good at customer serice and will let you know exactly what they need. Good luck and VERY smart for getting Aflac!!! Oh, and congrats on the babies too! (with twins you should add the accident plan! :o) lol)
