Advice on Saturn - Vue and Dealership

Hi There!

My husband and I bought a 2008 Saturn Vue in October 2007. GREAT CROSSOVER!!! We get compliments on it all the time.

I would recommend the Vue highly- and it gets great gas mileage too.
I drive about 50 miles round trip daily to and from work and fill my tank about once a week.

We went to the Saturn dealer in Hoffman Estates. The sales and service department were very accomodating as well.

We have a Vue that we bought just before my son was born last April. They are definitely no haggle over the sticker price but we did get a lot of pressure to purchase the extended warranty - which we did not get. So be prepared for that. We liked the Vue b/c it gave us the flexibility of a station wagon and the height of an SUV with good gas mileage. We also preferred to buy from an American company (that's a lot of money to send to a foregn corp. even if its made in the USA!) It has been a great car - no problems. And for the price I don't think there is anything better out there. I can't really think of any minuses but we are not "car people" and don't spend a lot of time in our car. We may be in the market soon for another car and will probably get either the Ion or the new Aura. Again the prices are great for a solid vehicle.

i used to have a saturn, purchased and serviced through the tinley park dealership. they are no haggle, and have fantastic customer service. i think my car was a bit of a lemon (happens to the best of them...), but we're still considering going back for an outlook when they come out later this year.

WE also have a saturn...but not the VUE. But we went to the Saturn dealership in OakLawn. It was great. THey really do not haggle. WE are consiedering a second car, and are def going back to Saturn

My husband and I both have saturns, but not the Vue that they have out now. I will tell you though, that we love Saturn and would not go anywhere else anymore for a car when we need a new one. And yep, they are no haggle so that is great.

We don't have a VUE, but we did purchase a sedan from the Tinley Park dealership several years ago and it was a great experience! We were very impressed because they truly do stand by their word. I think you will be very happy with them. The customer service is outstanding.

We have a Saturn SL2 and my in-laws have a VUE they LOVE it!!
My husband and I have a four door small saturn because he drives over 50miles one way to work, and we LOVE it! There no haggle is true with GREAT customer service. A few weeks ago my husband hit a 230lb buck on his way to work and very little damage was done!! The windshield even stayed intact we were amazed!! Our car is a 2002 and has over 100,000 miles and we have had to do nothing with it but oil changes! I hope this helps you we would buy a Saturn again in a heartbeat!
