Hello all, I have been developing achiness the past few days in the afternoon along with fatigue. I have no fever or other symptoms. Could it just be exhaustion? Or does anyone have any insight until I go to the doctor for my postpartum checkup on wednesday. . I am up a lot with my 6 week old and I have two other boys as well. One in kindergarten and a two year old. Also my husband is at work 12-13 hours a day..Thanks for any input. :)

It's all over like the flu, not as painful, but definately uncomfortable.

What can I do next?

probably just exhaustion, you have your hands full that is for sure!!! i would make sure to mention it to the doctor, especially if it gets worse or new things pop up. is it an all over body achiness or is it confined to a certain part of your body?

You sound very tired but I have had the aches since Saturday with no fever but I feel like I got hit by a truck. Maybe something going around? I hope you feel better!

It could possibly be a vitamin D deficiency. Ask your doctor about it because just adding more vitamin D could make you feel alot better.Hope this helps.

I agree that it is probably just sheer exhaustion! I'm exhausted just reading your post! Not getting enough sleep can really mess with your mind and body and although I know it's all part of normal life when you have an infant, hoepfully you can get some relief soon! If you have the means, maybe look into a very part time babysitter or mother's helper than can help you in the mornings or after school. Even a neighborhood girl can play with the 2 and 5 y/o while you and the baby nap.

I agree it is probably exhaustion. Have you thought about using supplements?

You could be deficient in a bunch of nutrients.

Try a wet cool wash cloth over your eyes and the another at the back of your neck, if you get a moment. Make sure you are drinking lots of water.
