A Landscape Bush Trimming Lesson Please!

I have never shaved all the way off down below - actually I did once, but it was so horribly itchy that I swore I would never again.
So now my bush, is poofy, as my husband calls it, I trim it now and again and that is it - because I can't work out how the heck you would even do it anyway! I mean I have a bit of a belly, and I can barely see my bush on a good day, let alone with a knife in my hand, plus you there are your pussy lips - they are dangly and fleshy, how the heck do you shave those without a blood bath?!
give me a lesson!

What can I do next?

Why don't you have your Husband, do it?

Or tell him it is YOUR bush and your body.
You will style it the way you want.
LOL

LOL! Ok...i'll pitch in MY advice.
First of all the more I shave the less itchy I get over the years. When I first started doing it when I was a teen it was horribly itching. I remember sitting in class and desperately wanting to wiggle my legs together, but I didn't for fear that my classmates may think I have crabs or something! LOL.
So the more you do it, the more you don't itch.
How do you shave...?
Ok, I go by feel. I use no mirrors, etc. I soak in a hot bath for as long as it takes to shave my legs, then stand up, turn on the shower and razor it. Any time you shave it, hold it tight! Just as if you would hold your skin one way if you wax (think of when they wax your eyebrows).
If the hair is extremely long then use a pair of clippers first.
Afterwards you can put some aloe vera and a warm wash cloth on the area to help with razor burn.
The more you do it, the easier it will get. =)

My hubby helped me out when I was big pregnant. When I'm not I just put a mirror close by a start trimming! I suppose you could go get waxed (youch!).

ill through one in. I have been shaving down there since i was a dancer. leotards and body hair are not good friends. it has taken years of shaving there to not get the painful bumps. i have read, if you use a gentle exfoliating cream it unblocks the pores for hair to come through easily. i am now not as fast to shave her. i stopped ballet and mom...so it only gets attention when i have time.

My hubby trims mine with gaurded clippers! We actually have one set for the boys's hair and a different set for my husband and I's nether region.
