A Great Haircut Is Life Changing

I need to find a good hairdresser. I've been to so many different people that my hair is a disaster. Now I have to wait 6 months before getting a new cut! I will go out to Beverly Hills, again, if it's worth it. Last time I got a great haircut was when I was visiting NYC in April. Please ladies! Those of you who live in L.A. please share if you have a hair guru. Thanks so much!

So What Happened?

So,I took all the names and numbers down that you mamas so graciously shared. I haven't tried anyone on the list, yet, but looking forward to meeting some talented stylists. Thank you!

I know what you mean T.. Here is my recommendation I have been going to David for 12years now, I have introduced family and friends to him and they are all as happy with him as I am. He is in Beverly hills, but well worth the drive. He is pricey, so be aware.

Call Rayzor at Gorgeous salon in west hollywood (melrose ave). Don't be put off by the rock and roll atmosphere, he's a hair genius and will tailor to your look / personality. He's much much cheaper than those impersonal Beverly hills salons and he's got just as many a-list clients without all the boasting. Once you go to him you will never go anywhere else. I've been a client for 5 years and I literally cannot move put of LA ever because it would mean losing him! They are closed sunday and Monday.

Hi!
I am your hair guru!
I have worked in film and tv for 17 years, and I have a well-established career and reputation. I also maintain a private clientelle, and I do housecalls, and work in a salon. If you are interested, give me a call. And you are right! A great haircut IS life changing!

I see Roya Mirchi at Susan Alan Salon in Porter Ranch. I think she's worth every penny. I can identify with your problem, part of which is that you need to find someone who will really understand your hair goals. Good luck. It is a real challenge.
