Vomiting is a side effect of the medicine.
Tamiflu site says:

"It's best to take Tamiflu with food—there is less chance of stomach upset if you take it with a light snack or a meal.".

Some ginger ale might help settle her stomach.
You can talk to your pharmacist about it.

Tamiflu's side effects are basically the same thing as the flu. Fever, nausea, joint pain. You have less side effects if you take it with food but of course with the flu the last thing you want to do is eat anything so you end up with the side effects.

DON'T TAKE HER BACK TO THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE!!!! At this point if you have any concerns just call the office. If they feel she needs to be seen again they'll let you know. At this time of year the physician's offices are what I term as 'germfests' because everyone seems to be sick this time of year. You don't want her to pick up something else on top of the flu or get a different strain of flu. Keep her home and resting unless she gets worse.

You should call the doctor's 24 hour nurse line and ask them. We don't know your child, how old she is, how sick she is, her medical history or anything else. CALL.

What did the Doctor say about bringing her in. He has already seen her so he probably doesn't need to see her again. He can ask questions and give you advise over the phone.

Do know that vomiting, tho uncomfortable, is not serious. Watch for dehydration. Give her a few sips of water and or 7-up or ginger ale frequently. Both calm tummys.

I am hoping she is starting to feel better. The stomach pain and vomiting may not have been because of the meds even if it started after she started the meds. It could have been just from having the flu. Tamiflu does not make the flu go away it just is supposed to help lessen the effects (sometimes) and possibly shorten the time down. If she is still vomiting you should call the dr. They may be able to call something in for nausea. That is what they did for me last year when I had it.
