What about sounds or opposites? They are like sponges right now, and the sooner you can get her to hear sounds and try to make them (however slurred...lol), the better.
You can make sounds by sounding out letters. Maybe even have some flash cards with letters. (It's amazing how much they absorb so young, even if they can't say it.) You can also work on opposites like:
- soft (towel) vs. hard (book)
- smooth (page of a book) vs. bumpy (teething toy bumps)
- warm (warm cloth) vs. cold (icy cloth)
- etc.
Take her to the park and point things out to her. Listen to the kids laughing, birds singing, watch the kids playing, etc.
