**HUGS TO YOU & YOUR LITTLE ONE!**
Here's what we do...
+cut out all dairy and as much refined sugars as possible from her diet; add in garlic when we can (but w/o the refined carbs/sugars involved with sauce & pasta!)
+hang out in a steamy shower; the steam helps the breathing passages dilate (and remember a cold is not Bronchiectasis, or asthma for that matter; steam can and does help with a stuffy nose!). Also, the sound of the shower was always so soothing (even for me!) and helped my poor, tired babes relax & get their much-needed sleep
+and as much of that sleep as possible
HTH & your baby girl feels better soon!
P.S. And one more thing, though it's a wordy-recommendation so I stuck it at the end:
+several pinches of sodium ascorbate throughout the day. It's a highly-absorbable, buffered vitamin C (better/different than ester-C); I've purchased it at Central Market, Whole Foods, & online. Make sure it's the sodium, not calcium ascorbate (the calcium might sound better for you, but it's not) & note that it's not the kind of 'bad for you/blood pressure sodium' (that's sodium chloride).
