My friend's daughter is like that.
She is now 8 and has not lost, any teeth yet.
It is also very hereditary.
No worries.
So Sydnee is so concerned she is the only 1st grader out there who has not lost any teeth. Please help me and let me know if you have a 1st grader with no teeth loss.
ETA: I am not concerned at all...I am fine with the wait.
Thanks!

My kids were all ages but all of them were older than 6. They were about 7 and 8 when they lost their teeth. Once you lose one, they just keep coming. One of mine lost two in one day. =)
My boys didn't start loosing them until they are 7+. One of mine is 7 1/2 and just working on his second loose tooth, his first one came out a couple months ago maybe.
They'll come out eventually :)
my daughter lost her first two teeth at 5 1/2 . when we went to the dentist he said that 5 1/2 was quite young to lose teeth. their cousins didnt loose teeth till 6 or 7 one till 8.
My oldest didn't lose her first tooth until 1 month before she turned 7.
I didn't lose a tooth until around Thanksgiving of my first grade year, and I was turning 7 that following January!
My son will be 7 in November and he hasn't lost any yet. I'm also fine with the wait because it totally grosses me out! I HATED losing teeth...lol! Every few months though he'll say, "Mom, I think my tooth is loose." I'll feel it and say, "yeah, maybe!"
I lost my first in the 1st grade.
My Goddaughter recently lost her first and she is in the 3rd grade.
My DD is only 5 and has lost 8! =...(
My son turned 6 in June and hasn't lost his first tooth yet. He is anxiously awaiting and keeps saying one is loose, but so far nothing. It will be extra special when it happens for sure :)
