L.R.
No fumes is rule of thumb but I've got to tell you... how many woman have been involved in painting a nursery (if nothing else checking in on the process)? When we painted my son's room we did use low-odor paint and I wore a mask. It was hot and uncomfortable but we've had a miscarriage in the past too and didn't want to take any chances.
You probably would be okay but with your history it wouldn't hurt to see if you could take the day off that the painting or most of it will be occurring. The building will still smell like fresh paint for a few days afterwards but the fumes will be the most potent while the paint is wet, that is for sure.
Go with your gut and with what gives you peace. I'm sorry for your other losses. I know they hurt a lot. I hope this time turns out to be everything you are hoping for and so much more.
