Im just wondering if my child's daily diet is normal! He wakes up every morning around 5:30 am, and i give him an 8oz bottle of formula, then around 9am i feed him rice cereal, then around 12:30am he gets another 8 oz bottle of formula, then around 4pm he gets a jar of fruit with 3-4 oz's of juice, then around 7pm i feed him a vegetable also with juice,! About an hour after that he falls asleep for the night, sometimes he may wake up around 2am,if so i give him an 8oz bottle of formula! Please feel free to give advice!

What can I do next?

I'd suggest cutting out the fruit juice and adding another formula feeding. My pediatrician is very against fruit juice (a lot of sugar with much less benefit than eating actual fruit), so I would just suggest replacing the juice with formula. 4-6 feedings of formula and 1-3 feedings of solid foods are typical for 6 month-olds, in my experience.

No need for fruit or Juice or anything, sweet.
It is not dietarily needed.
It is NOT needed, at all.
Don't start the 'sweets' habit, already...

Yah, he sounds normal.

BUT... At this age, still feed (meaning his bottle) on-demand. For the 1st year of life.... breastmilk/Formula is a baby's Primary... source of nutrition. NOT solids and not other liquids....
DO NOT feed him juice.... it is a bad habit.

At this age, it is not necessary... that they 'eat'.... 3 times a day, like adults. This is only an introduction... to 'eating' and solids, for the first year.
3 meals, 3 times a day... is something that is gradually, worked up to.
At that age... both my kids only ate Solids, once a day. And I breastfed on-demand 24/7..... day and night.

Yes... a baby this age, STILL wakes at night, to feed. 6 months old, is also a time of growth-spurts... AND perhaps teething.
So, they do get hungrier and growth-spurt periods. It is normal.
And they wake.
My kids as babies woke like yours. Normal.

A good book is 'What To Expect The First Year."

He sounds like a happy eater.
Is he chubby?
Is he happy?
You might want to dilute the juice with water.
Happy New Year.

Instead of juice at 7 pm, give him formula and you will find he won't be waking at 2 am for formula. It's too long for a 6 month old to go from 1230 pm to 2 am without formula. Try it, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

TOTALLY NORMAL! When my daughter turned 6 months the doctor had me give her juice twice a day but deluted with water (half & half) until she was about 10 months. Juice is great for them. They need the vitamins and sugar that come along with it :) Good job momma!!
