Ok so dd hasn't complain about itching, burning or discomfort down there. But I have notice her pee at timed is cloudy(although she doesn't drink as much water as before) then I notice some small discharge in her underwear,it's whitish / greenish. Don't know if this is common in girls or if this is some type of infection.

I would have her drink extra water and monitor for a day or two. If she shows more signs or any other symptoms, then I would check with her doctor. My daughter has had UTIs and her doctor told her to drink more water regularly as a preventative measure.
It is normal for little girls to have a very small amount of discharge. And her urine may appear cloudy because of the fibers that slough off the toilet paper. This could happen if you use the ultra soft toilet paper.
You can always call the advice nurse to ask for a medical opinion.
It can be that she isn't drinking enough water or may even be constipated. Try having her drink more water for a couple of days and see if the symptoms go away.
I would talk to the doctor and have her give a sample to be on the safe side. You don't want the infection to spread if she indeed does have one. Hope she feels better.!
