J.K.
Well I would get her the 2nd book to go with the first. All three books are a storyline, so if when she finishes the first book she'll be dying to get to the 2nd one!!!
I haven't read it yet, but I was thinking of buying it for my best friend for her birthday next week. For those of you who have read it, what would be a good gift to go along with it? I don't want to buy her any toys, and she is single, but dating.
Thanks for the ideas!

Get her a device that will instantly erase her memory to go along with it! JK, but it really is badly written. Definitely not literature in my book!
I have not read it. Eh, nor do I plan to.
For erotica, a classic book is The Story of O.
And its sequel, Return to the Castle. Which is not quite as good but completes the story.
But, a bottle of wine, is a good accompaniment to anything.
A nice bottle of wine.
Chocolate to go with the wine. PS I have the book, but have not read it yet, but that is what I will have on hand!
I would get her the trilogy, a bottle of wine, and if she's got kids, babysit overnight. I blew through those books in 4 days (around working a 50 hour week and 3 kids)...
No, it's not accurate, but it's a 'love story', take it for what it is. People always want to pick it apart... whatever! It's good reading and well written!
JUST MAKING SURE YOU KNOW: It's a BDSM romance novel:
Handcuffs
Opera CD's (Lakme gets referenced quite a bit in the first book)
Grey/Silver scarf
Starbucks Coffee stuff (since it's set here in seattle... main character only drinks tea, though).
English Breakfast Tea
A model helicopter
I would buy her all 3 or I would get her another great series "Thoughtless" and "Effortless" by SC Stephens
