If you want a moms group in your area, post that as a separate question and click the button that says the question is specific to your area. Put your town in the question's title. If you're in San Diego, indicate which part of it or what suburbs are close to you.
That's totally separate from a child who's not eating. You need to talk to your pediatrician who has dealt with hundreds of infants who get colds. The doctor or the nurse advice line is best (call the regular number and listen to after-hours instructions or talk to the answering service staff, whichever they have). They'll tell you what to do, including suctioning out excess nasal secretions in a safe way, and keeping the baby hydrated. They may tell you to keep track of how much is going in, and they may tell you to keep track of wet diapers so they know how much is coming out. A moms group cannot help with this, and you cannot take a sick baby to a group anyway. Your child's doctor knows the medical history and that's who you should rely on for this.
