I have always snored A LITTLE BIT! Not anything like I am these days according to my husband.. no matter what I do , breath rights, nose spray and or ear plugs for him is working.. any suggestions??

2nd question is regarding "carpool tunnel syndrome" my wrists dont hurt but my thumb, pointer and middle finger on both hands are tingly and sometimes numb! Dr said this is due to water retention.. and will go away after delivery,,, any suggestions as to how to cope with this? Siggh thanks!

What can I do next?

YES, both are normal!!!

I never had carpal tunnel, but with my first child, I had it so bad I was in severe pain. I couldn't even lift, bathe, clothe and barely feed my baby or dress myself without assistance until he was about 3 or 4 weeks old because my hands/wrists were so disabled from the pain.

I almost had the surgery to relieve the tension, but as the water retention went down, my carpel tunnel went away. (I had TONS of swelling my first pregnancy... even my face looked like a watermelon).

I'm pretty sure what has happened is you've gained some weight and you have some extra fat in your throat which is constricting your breathing when you finally relax and fall asleep. When ever I get about 20lbs over weight my husband says my snoring is unbearable. I lose 5lbs and it goes away.
You'll go back to normal after the baby.

If your snoring bothers your husband then have him sleep in the other room. You're almost there and there's not much you can do about your snoring. Your rest is more important than his right now. I tried everything and it wasn't until after I delivered that I stopped snoring.
As for carpal tunnel, it can be caused by the extra fluid you're carrying and it can go away, but mine didn't and with each pregnancy it's gotten worse. The only thing that helps is to wear wrist braces at night.
Good luck!
